  We undertake due diligence and contractual negotiations for commercial property acquisitions and disposals. These transactions require investigation of land titles, income producing contracts relating to the property, local council records for the property and organising finance.

• Apartment and Townhouse Development
  We manage the sale-off-the-plans process, drafting pre-sale contracts, holding deposits and other contract payments as stakeholder. We establish the Body Corporate, arrange for new titles to be issued, and complete settlement under the contracts. In the last five years we have settled in excess of 250 contracts for developers to a value exceeding $100 million.

  We specialise in managing the subdivision process for clients, both property developers and private trusts or individuals. Our dedicated team work with a network of other professionals to complete each step along the process.

  We act for a large number of private clients on the transfer of their family homes and rental properties, whether in their personal names, family trusts or companies.
